Liability

I hereby release and agree to iSO Glam Party harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of the iSO Glam Party, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from iSO Glam Party.

I understand that this release discharges iSO Glam Party from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against the iSO Glam Party with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from iSO Glam Party.

This liability waiver and release extends to the iSO Glam Party Bus together with all owners, partners, and employees.

We cannot be held responsible for accidental damage caused by your child. iSO Glam Party assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damage caused during the event.

In the event of damage or loss or our inventory and/or damage or loss to the party bus, the responsibility lies entirely on the client and or guardian.

iSO Glam Party is not responsible for allergic reactions and / or any medical injuries from the food, beverages, wearing costumes or any activity taking place before, during or after the event.

Party Bus Entry Guidelines

A Liability Wavier, Photo Release and verification of allergies MUST be signed prior to ANY services.

When booking our mobile party bus experience you are responsible for having adequate spacing for our parking (30 feet) we absolutely Can Not be parked in the street. Condominiums and places with association - Approval / parking space: You must obtain the necessary approvals from your association prior to the party date. Obtain entry, space use and parking permits for the iSO Glam Party Bus. iSO Glam Party is NOT responsible for inconveniences caused by lack of permits and authorizations.

iSO Glam Party Bus will arrive 1- 2 hours prior to your event for set up. We will start exactly at the time scheduled do to other events scheduled, unfortunately we are unable to wait for guests arrival. We suggest you tell your guest to arrive 30-40 minutes early.

Adults are not allowed to stay on the bus during the services due to spacing. Adults will be invited to come to take pictures at beginning and ending of spa service or when absolutely necessary.

Photo Release Form For Minors

I give iSO Glam Party Bus permission to use my child’s likeness, image, voice, and/ or appearances as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, video recordings, digital images, and the like, taken or made on behalf of iSO Glam Party Bus, party activities. I agree that iSO Glam Party Bus, has complete ownership of such pictures, etc., including the entire copyright, and may use them for any purpose consistent with iSO Glam Party Bus, business. These uses include, but are not limited to, reprints, publications, advertisements, social media and any promotional materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the internet. I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for the use of such pictures, etc., and hereby release iSO Glam Party Bus, from any and all claims which are in any way connected with such use.

Makeup Consent

As part of the iSO Glam Party experience age appropriate makeup and spa treatment products will be applied. iSO Glam Parties are for entertainment purposes only. We exercise special care in being sanitary and using mild kid-friendly products that are especially sensitive to young skin. We make no claims of being licensed professional technicians, cosmetologists or estheticians. Therefore, we take no responsibility for any allergic reactions of any party guest.

It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian hosting the party to alert iSO Glam Party in advance of any allergies that any of the children may have. iSO Glam Party reserves the right to refuse services on any child, for any reason, that we feel may impose a health risk to others.

I acknowledge that any of the beauty or “spa treatments” are for entertainment purposes only and iSO Glam Party are not licensed cosmetology professionals. iSO Glam Party will not cut, file, trim, push back cuticles or do any services provided at a certified nail salon.

Food Allergy Permission

Your child will be participating in various activities on the iSO Glam Party.

Additionally, some of the activities involve food products as part of the experience. iSO Glam Party takes every precaution to ensure that our glam girls are safe. iSO Glam Party will not be responsible for any allergic reactions or life-threatening incident including death that could occur.

If your child has any known food allergies that may prevent her from participating in these activities, we will provide an alternative option per your request.

COVID-19 WARNIING

We take pride and precautions in ensuring your glam girls, their guests and our spa members are protected during this unprecedented time. Therefore, we take extreme measures before and after EVERY event to properly sanitize, disinfect and thoroughly clean.

As you prepare to enter the bus, please know that we at iSO Glam Party have made updates based on guidance from health authorities, such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and appropriate government agencies. We have taken enhanced health and safety measures. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present.

By entering iSO Glam Party Bus, you are confirming that you and all guests in your party are not experiencing any of the following symptoms of COVID-19 identified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at CDC.gov, including:

Fever or chills
Cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Fatigue
Muscle or body aches
Headache
New loss of taste or smell
Sore throat
Congestion or runny nose
Nausea or vomiting
Diarrhea
have not been in contact with someone with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 symptoms without completing a 14-day quarantine are not under any self-quarantine orders.

Guests who cannot confirm all of the above criteria will be prohibited from entering iSO Glam Party Bus. If at any point during their visit a Guest does not meet all of the above criteria, they and their guests will be required to isolate and may be asked to leave the party bus.
