How many girls can the iSO Glam Bus accommodate

The iSO Glam Bus can accommodate up to 8 girls. Once we confirm the party and your final Glam Squad headcount, we are unable to accommodate additional guests that may arrive the day of the party.
Do the girls travel on the bus?

Of Course, the Birthday girl and her Glam Girls will be “Chauffeured “around” the block (10 Minute Excursion). This feature can be added onto your package for $50 once you book by selecting the Add On Glam Co Tour.
What if iSO Glam Bus Spa Party Bus encounters mechanical issues?

If mechanical issues arise, our staff will notify you in advance and a full refund will be issued. You may also reschedule your party, depending on the circumstances.
Do licensed nail technicians perform spa services?

I So Glam Mobile Spa is an entertainment spa party business. ALL SERVICES ARE FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY: A SPA_LIKE EXPERIENCE We are not licensed nail technicians or cosmetologists, but we do follow South Carolina’s Cosmetology Board Standards for Sanitation and Safety. All of our services are initiated and completed with the health and safety of all guests as our first priority. To ensure the health and safety of your guests, we use disposable nail files, toe separators, slippers, and manicure and pedicure disposable basin liners. All other items used are cleansed with strict standards of sanitation.
How far in advance do I need to reserve my party?

Most parties require a 2-week notice but our professional staff can create a rush party within 3 days, if available for an extra fee of $75.
Can the parents come the bus during the party?

The parents are allowed to “peep” in periodically as necessary! We would love to have our parents on the bus during the party, but we need to have ample space to ensure our girls are having a “GLAM-TIME”
What if my guest arrive late?

Due to the iSo Glam Bus bus being on a strict time schedule we have to start and end all parties on time. We have other Glam Squads that are anticipating their iSo Glam experience. .. we know you understand! 😊
What is the cancellation policy?

Deposits are 100% non-refundable due to the nature of our business. You may use your non-refundable deposit towards a new date. Our staff will work with you to reschedule your event if possible.
Is food allowed on the bus?

We provide popcorn, cookies, cupcakes, candy, and fruit drinks during the party. However, if would like to order pizza we will serve it to the kids ( We need advance notification if you choose to do so.)
How old does my child have to be to book a party on the iSO Glam Party Bus

We accommodate kids ages 3-17.
What if there is rain or inclement weather?

A few raindrops don’t stop the Glam Show. However, we can not use the iSO Glam carpet runway in the rain. In the event of inclement weather, we will reschedule your iSO Glam Party for another date.
What is a mini pedi/ mini mani ?

A mini Pedi is a foot soak, massage polish only on the fingernails/toenails. For sanitation and safety purposes there is no clipping, shaping, or removing cuticles.

Is there a deposit required or full payment?

All bookings require a $150 deposit prior to securing your party date. This is done online at time of scheduling using a credit or debit card. We offer flexible payment plans, can be broken into 3 payments.
